What we do
with your details.
Short, because there is little of it. The site receives only what you type into the form.
Who processes the data
The data is processed by Eco & Media Partners d.o.o., Stari put 6/1, 85320 Tivat, Crna Gora, tax number 03618510. For any question about your data write to office@green-land.me or call +382 68 219 131.
What we collect
Only what you type into the free concept form: name, phone, optionally e-mail and town, the kind of space, measurements, a description of what you would like and a message. If you come from the wall building tool, the layout you put together travels with the enquiry.
What it is for
To answer you, draw the concept and send an offer. Nothing else. We do not send a newsletter and we do not call again if you said not to.
Who it goes to
Nobody. We do not sell, trade or hand the form data to third parties for their purposes. The message travels to our mailbox and stays there.
How long it is kept
For as long as the work on your enquiry runs and the deadlines around the offer and any contract are open. If you want your enquiry deleted sooner, tell us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You may ask to see your data, to correct it or to have it deleted, and you may withdraw consent. One message to the address above is enough.
Cookies and measurement.
What we measure
The site measures visits with Google Analytics (GA4), and ONLY if you answered „I accept" to the cookie question. Until that click no measurement cookie is set and no Google address is called. What is measured is which pages are read, from what kind of device and where the visitor came from; not who you are, and it is never joined to your enquiry. The IP address is shortened. The data is kept for 14 months. You can change your answer at any time, through the „Cookies" button in the corner of the page or the link in the footer; when you decline, existing measurement cookies are deleted at once.
Third parties
Before you answer the cookie question, the site calls no third party address. Fonts, images and scripts are ours and come from this address. Only if you accept measurement is the Google Analytics script loaded from googletagmanager.com and visit data sent to Google as a processor.
The server logs technical details of a visit, as every server does: the address the request came from, the time and the page asked for. Those logs serve the running and the security of the site and are not linked to the form.
